Appointment Policies

Payment of my standard fee if required at the conclusion of each session. My fees are: Individual Therapy...$125, Couples Therapy $150.00, The issue of insurance coverage has become quite complicated. If you choose to seek reimbursement for services from your insurance carrier, I will assist in providing receipts of payments to you. The responsibility is yours to be sure that the coverage is in effect and that the proper procedures (i.e. pre-approval, limits, deductibles etc.) are followed for services to be covered. Please understand that your insurance benefits, if any, result from an agreement between your insurance provider, your employer, and yourself.  I am not a party to this agreement, nor do I have any control over its terms. I will notify you in advance of any changes in my policies and fees.
